In a pan roast peanuts and remove the skin
Same way dry roast sesame
In a non stick pan add ghee then add jaggery powder and in a low flame let it caramelize make sure it doesnt burn once done add peanuts and sesame turn off the gas and mix well
Then flatten it in greased plate
Let it cool then give shapes accordingly
Tip: to know the jaggery is perfectly cook add few drops in a bowl of water if it turns hard then its perfect for peanuts to coat
